Say your prayer
I like this word. I love its energy. I enjoy, even more, the freedom it gives us. The one permitting us to interpret and model in our own way. What is a prayer? With time I realized that it doesn’t only happen when we kneel or put our hands together and focus and expect things to happen. Thinking positive is a prayer. Wishing good is one too.
When you hug a friend. That’s a prayer. When you cook something for your loved ones. When you send off our near and dear ones and say “be safe”. When you are helping someone in need by giving your time and energy. That’s a prayer. When you forgive.
Prayer generates energy.
It is a deep feeling.
A thought.
Prayer is the voice within of love, compassion, friendship and humanity.
Prayer is an expression of your silent being, hoping for the best in life.
What about you?
How do you pray?
